1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Well, we know you're excited to rock our awesome shirts, so we'll do our best to get them to you as soon as possible! Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. After that, it depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can get your shirts to you in 2-3 business days. Please note that these are just estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
2. What if I need to return or exchange an item?
Oh no, did your shirt not fit quite right or did you change your mind about the design? Don't worry, we've got you covered! We have a 30-day return policy, so you have plenty of time to make up your mind. Just make sure the item is in the same condition you received it, with all the tags and in its original packaging. To start a return or exchange, simply contact us at info@elevatedclothing.net and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that certain items, like personalized or custom products, cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
We totally get it, sometimes you change your mind or realize you accidentally ordered the wrong size (oops!). If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@elevatedclothing.net. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that once your order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Hey there! We've got some news for you. Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally at the moment. We know, we know, it's a bummer. We wish we could send our awesome shirts to every corner of the globe, but for now, we're limited to shipping within the United States.
But hey, don't lose hope just yet! We're constantly working on expanding our shipping options, so keep an eye out for any updates. Who knows, maybe one day we'll be able to ship our shirts to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world!
In the meantime, if you have any friends or family in the U.S., you can always have your order shipped to their address and ask them to forward it to you. It's like a little international shirt relay race!
